Role Description

We are looking for a practical and reliable Field Operations Lead to support the day-to-day onsite operations of our short-term rental property portfolio in the Cascais, Estoril and Lisbon area.

A hands-on field role suited to someone organised, practical, mobile and comfortable moving between properties. Involves checking standards, solving practical problems, supporting guest arrivals, preparing linen and inventory, meeting contractors, and helping ensure that every property is properly ready for guest arrival.
