**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Supervise and coordinate patient awareness campaigns.
+ Support Team Leader for Portugal with coordination and collaboration with local medical and patients’ associations where needed.
+ Establish new processes and improve upon existing processes related to assigned campaigns and projects support.
+ Manage the setup and maintenance of all assigned projects documentation files and records related to the scope of work and SOPs.
+ Support communication with local key stakeholders
+ Create and coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects.
+ Develop materials related to new project deliverables.
+ Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
+ Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and costs of specific project deliverables.
