About the Position

Responsibilities:

• Completing monthly development requirements for series line prints and communicating adjustments with planners and designers.
• Designing original print patterns according to company brand positioning (full print and placement print).
• Extending print pattern designs based on company's bestselling prints.
• Conducting data analysis related to print development. Collecting print trends and planning relevant patterns.
• Maintaining and organizing the pattern library.
• Creating product mockups.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in garment pattern design, with a strong familiarity with resort women's wear style and expertise in printing techniques and plate‑making processes.
• Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, along with excellent hand‑drawing skills.
