Job Details:

Responsible for providing advocacy, referrals and follow up for the children and families served at the Care House, Montgomery County Child Advocacy Center. Coordinate the case intake process and maintains case data in the case tracking system. Collaborates with the partnering and community agencies and their representatives on the multidisciplinary team.

Provides case intake and coordination for families and/or referring multidisciplinary team members. Completes mandatory and service referrals for children and families in a timely manner.
