Physician - Primary Care / Value Based Care

A state of the art Clinic located in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. This Practice employs a wide range of Specialists (Cardiology, GI, Endo, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Neurology, etc.).

Experience with value based care (risk adjustment, HEDIS/star measures, etc.) is highly preferred, but training is available.
