An established non-profit healthcare system just 30-minutes from South Bend, is actively recruiting for a full time Family Medicine Physician to join an established busy practice! This is a bread and butter primary care practice to see all ages in a PCMH model. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO with an active Indiana license.
