Reporting to the Environment Coordinator, the Environment Intern is part of the Environment department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, the Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Process water sampling anod monitring;
• Compile environmental monitoring data for regulatory reporting requirements;
• Work safely, effectively, independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
• Maintain and calibrate environmental monitoring equipment;
• Execute work for Environmental Programs;
• Assist and organize different meetings with stakeholders on managing reported items;
• Monitor and inspect freshet related items along the Meadowbank, Amaruq roads and sites;
