We are seeking a Facility Management Administrator to support our Hoofddorp office with Facilities Management activities and assigned tasks, along with some Reception duties. You will be part of the European Property & Facility Management team and your role will be multi-skilled and multi-departmental. You will be expected to be organised and coordinate regular activities as advised by your line manager, as well as work under your own initiative.
Your primary role will include customer service and taking ownership of service delivery against specified Service Level Agreements against requests made through our CAFM (tool) system.
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, offered under a fixed-term agency contract for a duration of three months.
