**Job Title:** Facilities Technician

**Pay:** $30-35/hr

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining optimal environmental conditions in our industrial/commercial facility, where you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of critical HVAC equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and service air handling equipment, air filters, differential pressure (DP) monitoring systems, and air balancing equipment.
+ Service refrigeration systems including specialty multi-circuit systems, DX systems, process chillers, and comfort chillers.
+ Manage refrigerants in full compliance with NJ and EPA requirements, maintaining accurate usage and inventory records.
