Position Summary
The Facilities Operator I position supports the daily operations of indoor arenas, pools, and other City of Regina facilities. Responsibilities include manual and automated building/mechanical maintenance, cleaning, general security, and customer service. The position requires working independently and reporting to the Foreman of Facilities Operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, pool and arena facilities, mechanical equipment, and boiler systems. Monitor and adjust water treatment chemicals as needed.
