Within the Dean’s Office of Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), the Facilities Officer ensures an optimal, safe and well-functioning working environment for staff and visitors. The role combines hands-on operational facilities coordination with stakeholder communication, supplier management and administrative responsibilities.
The Facilities Officer reports to the Facilities & Services Manager and is expected to support and, when required, cover selected demand-management activities to ensure continuity of services. The role requires a minimum availability of 3 days per week.
