We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Dublin 14. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage teams and contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the continued operation and performance of all EPA facilities, including buildings, plant, equipment, hard services, and soft services. Manage routine preventative maintenance programmes, testing schedules, and inspections to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently. Maintain and update operational procedures, preventative maintenance plans, business continuity plans, and emergency response plans for buildings and utilities.
