**Job Description**

A Project Engineer or Field Engineer that provides an eyes in the field perspective on numerous active construction projects to ensure each project is being performed in alignment with construction documents and BAE Systems Space and Mission Systems (SMS) standards with a focus on safety and efficient project execution. Develop repertoire with BAE Systems SMS personnel in various departments to assist with coordination and logistics in areas adjacent to projects.

The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
