: Permanent - Full timeYour new role includes:- Develop innovative facade designs that align with architectural concepts and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform detailed analysis of materials and structural components to ensure facade performance and durability.
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site visits to assess installation progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Support cost estimation, value engineering, and selection of facade systems and materials.
