Job Description

As the Export Logistics Coordinator , you will be responsible for coordinating ocean export shipments and ensuring smooth, compliant freight forwarding operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shipping and inventory teams to escalate issues appropriately and ensure efficient and timely resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate with maritime shipping lines, freight forwarders, truckers, and shipping yards to manage bookings aligned with sales contract terms.
• Handle bookings according to contractual shipping requirements (Incoterm, packaging, weight restrictions, container size, etc.).
• Coordinate the full shipment process, including booking, e-manifesting, bills of lading, and freight invoice management.
