Responsible for managing the preparation, verification, and processing of export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and smooth execution of export shipments.

• Preparing and reviewing export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping labels, in accordance with the destination country’s requirements and internal policies.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of export documentation to facilitate customs clearance, shipment tracking, and to avoid delays or penalties related to non‑compliance.
• Staying informed about changes in export regulations and trade compliance requirements to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
