Drive transformative service delivery improvements as a Process Transformation Expert. Collaborate with teams remotely to redesign governance frameworks, enhance processes, and optimize performance effectively.
This role focuses on engaging with service delivery teams to revamp governance through SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs. You'll assess current workflows, analyze feedback, and leverage industry best practices to recommend data-driven enhancements.
