The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a highly skilled Sourcing Transformation Expert to join the Digital & Business Transformation team based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. The role focuses on assessing supplier and contract readiness, defining and implementing the future operating model, and leading cross‑functional initiatives to drive organisational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current Supplier and Contractual state related to the company’s operational readiness and contribute to the strategic definition and implementation of the future operating model.
• Define and drive key initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Set up and lead multi‑functional teams to ensure delivery of each initiative on time, within cost and quality.
