In this role, reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will ensure top-quality performance of Salesforce.com. Key responsibilities include user support, workflow automation, and engaging with various stakeholders to improve administrative and development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all basic administrative functions within Salesforce
• Analyze and troubleshoot daily operational issues
• Implement configuration requests and updates
• Liaise with users and vendors for seamless operation
• Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience
• Certifications: Administrator (ADM201 & ADM211)
