Ideal candidates will possess at least three years of experience as corporate/commercial law clerks. Your expertise will be essential in managing minute books and preparing key legal documents for a range of corporate transactions. A Law Clerk diploma is required, along with solid knowledge of corporate laws and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage minute book administration and reporting • Prepare required documents for business registrations • Assist with asset sale and purchase transactions • Organize and maintain client files and reminders • Conduct searches and prepare compliance reports
