We have a need for an experienced butcher, who has experience with large animal breakdown - including pork, beef, goat, lam, deer and reindeer.

**Who we are**:
Haugen Gardsmat Drift is a meat production company located along the fjord in Flåm, Norway. We are a small company, employing less than 10 workers. This roll would be in our production facility, mainly assisting the lead butcher in animal breakdown.
**Duties**:
It is ESSENTIAL that the applicant have good knife skills and experience with large animal breakdown, including deboning. The role requires someone who can come in, without training, and begin breakdown and be able to perform the heavy labor involved on a daily basis.
