Essential Job Functions
Receive, review, and process import documentation for an assigned base of accounts;Obtain and process Customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate, arranging delivery, and invoicing the import accounts to their SOP;Monitor transactions and notify supervisory personnel of any problem or irregularities;Provide excellent and timely client service by informing the client of the status of their shipment(s);Coordinate the release of goods from the carrier, customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required. Strong oral and written communication skills;Must have excellent client service skills, responding promptly and professionally to client needs and requests for service and assistance;Basic computer skills. Education & Experience
