We are supporting a leading client in the search for an experienced Project Director to lead a large-scale 80MW DC infrastructure build in Finland. This senior leadership opportunity involves responsibility across delivery, stakeholder management, programme execution, and project performance from A-Z on a high-value, technically complex project.

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading major DC/HV infrastructure or energy projects
• Strong background in large-scale construction/project delivery
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and EPC environments
• Excellent commercial, operational, and client-facing capabilities
• Nordic project experience is highly advantageous
