Executive Chef (Full Time)

Location: Camp Chief Hector YMCA (Exshaw, Alberta)

Salary: $56,096 – $70,120 per year. Start Date: Immediately.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and retain staff.
• Oversee the preparation of meals in accordance with established systems and AHS Food Safe regulations.
• Plan meals, update recipes, and maintain food costs within budget.
• Ensure standardized portions are adhered to and that food waste is minimized.
• Provide for all special dietary needs.
• Maintain adequate storage of all food and supplies, and manage inventory.
• Deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Maintain a high level of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food preparation.
