Key Responsibilities:

* Lead & oversee all culinary operations across the hotels & restaurants

* Develop & Innovate menus that align with clientele expectations

* Control costs & budgeting without compromising excellence

* Ensure the highest standards of food quality & presentation

* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety & sanitation protocols
* Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests



Key Qualifications:

* *7+ years* of experience as an Executive Chef
* Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management
* Age between 27 - 50

* Fluent in English
