Club de Golf Rosemere Fontainebleau is hiring! The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day running of the Kitchen BOH (Back of House) operations. From hiring and training the kitchen team, ordering F&B supplies and following purchasing program guidelines, preparing food for service, maintaining a high level of food quality, selection and value to member and guests. The Executive Chef is also responsible for following financial/budget guidelines and departmental goals. This is a full time permanent position.
