Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and follow‑up cadence end‑to‑end.
- Schedule meetings, manage interview pipelines, prepare agendas, and send recaps.
- Draft business correspondence, internal documents, and external communications.
- Coordinate business travel, vendor relationships, and operational logistics.
- Set up and maintain internal tools including the company CRM, recruiting pipelines, and operational dashboards.
- Build internal automations across no‑code and AI tooling to remove manual work.
- Use modern AI tools to research, draft, summarize, and prepare materials.
- Anticipate operational needs and prepare briefing materials in advance.
- Coordinate confidential business communications with discretion.
