Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, calendar management, and distribution of memos and letters.
Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders, flights, hotels and car rentals.
Irregular availability outside work hours.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
Coordinate, plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off‑site, and via Microsoft Teams calls, and all details for the meetings, meals and travel for participants, as necessary.
Manage and coordinate expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain and record vacation schedules in Peoplesoft.
