Your focus will also be on handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Finance Director and Park President
• Coordinate meetings and track action items for the leadership team
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Oversee front reception and greet visitors professionally
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office supply orders
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of office experience with MS Office
