Your new role
The current role is of an Executive Assistant / Office Administrator, working out of the Toronto-based office, and supporting one of the senior leaders in their office. They will provide administrative support to this executive, including the management and organization of calendars and schedules and assisting with communication. They will book appointments and meetings, take minutes, organize email folders and keep the VP on track with follow-ups on meetings and relationships etc. They will organize any travel, ensure the office is well managed on all fronts, including supplies, front desk, etc. and cultivate vendor/colleague relationships.
