Position: Executive Alchemist

Salary: $70,000-80,000 annually

Location: Onsite meetings held in Toronto; mostly Hybrid with required travel throughout Toronto

Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM; this role requires early mornings, evenings, and weekend – need to be flexible!

Requirements

• 4-6 years in an executive assistant role
• Degree in Business or similar
• Experience planning and coordinating philanthropy events, activities and related duties, Arts & Entertainment events, activities and related duties
• Someone who takes initiative to research a new topic
