This temporary full-time position entails working evenings from 3pm to 11pm, supporting residents with skilled nursing care. In addition to direct care, you’ll assist in developing and evaluating care plans. Your leadership will ensure nursing and personal care staff meet performance expectations while fostering a great working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure care is provided according to nursing standards and policies
• Assist in resident assessments and implement care plans
• Direct, supervise, and train care staff on the unit
• Ensure facility readiness for RAI MDS procedures
• Oversee operations when the Director of Care is unavailable
