- Lead project launches/timelines with supplier and Ford functions to support launch timing targets.
- Work cross functionally with Engineering, Purchasing and Product teams to lead project launches for remanufactured/refurbished part programs.
- Build business case scenarios with input from the cost and product teams.
- Support open issues on projects as required.
- Provide support to the FCSD EV team on various projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel skills)
- Willingness to learn new EV service processes
- General understanding of Dealership Retail Network Operations
- Previous experience in Customer Service Division preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Strong process background
- Strong Administrative skills
