Planning, organizing, and efficiently allocating resources within the preparation/pre-construction department
Delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper execution
Maintaining continuous communication with team members and tracking performance
Defining, measuring, and evaluating KPIs
Providing professional support, development, and regular feedback to the team
Participating in recruitment processes and offering professional guidance
Conducting weekly alignment meetings with the team and senior management
