- Deliver personalized facial and skincare treatments in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Perform advanced skincare applications including Hydrafacial treatments and tailored beauty therapies
- Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable skincare products and wellness programs
- Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation standards
- Build strong guest relationships through intuitive service and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest preferences and create a calming, luxurious, and personalized spa experience
- Support retail sales initiatives through confident product knowledge and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the Spa and Wellness team to ensure seamless daily operations
