We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with Labor relations experience to serve as a strategic partner and crucial liaison between plant management and the operational workforce. Your objective will be to ensure labor stability and business continuity through proactive, ethical, and bilingual management within a world-class manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Union Management: Administer and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), ensuring a productive and respectful relationship with the union.
