We are looking for a professional to join the UW GI & CI division, focusing on projects and continuous improvement, ensuring process efficiency and alignment with business priorities.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, supporting prioritization and resolution of demands
• Implement and maintain the company’s project management standards
• Identify process optimization opportunities and ensure controls throughout execution stages
• Manage multiple projects and improvement initiatives from start to finish
• Develop budgets, timelines, and project documentation alongside technology and underwriting teams
• Support approval and governance processes
• Plan and structure processes
• Track issues and act on root cause analysis
• Monitor deadlines and SLAs
• Prepare status reports and follow-up documentation
