ERP Key User – S2P (12‑month contract) Location & Schedule

Onsite – 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge, ON Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Responsibilities

Represent end‑users on the S2P project scope. Assess and verify that the ERP solution properly addresses target business processes defined by Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Facilitate ERP knowledge acquisition and solution adoption by end‑users. Co‑build use cases, develop detailed design scenarios, identify test data with BPO/SMEs, and execute test scripts (including in‑process ERP reporting). Provide feedback on IT solutions (user interface, user experience). Participate in SOP adjustments, IT validation activities (risk assessment, test script writing and execution), and data migration effort.
