Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, resource plans, and delivery forecasts covering all delivery streams and dependencies Actively manage milestone and critical path activities and day-to-day execution risks Manage progress, scope, issues, risks (RAID logs), and changes through formal governance and control processes Prepare impact-based analysis for escalation when risk thresholds are exceeded Coordinate data migration planning, sequencing, testing, and execution activities Plan and coordinate integration builds, testing, and defect-resolution activities Plan and coordinate business and technical test cycles and defect remediation Coordinate go-live planning, rehearsal activities, and readiness Coordinate daily execution activities with system integrator delivery teams, internal IT teams, and business working gro...
