Position Summary

The ERLR Analyst supports the timely and accurate resolution of Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) cases across the North America region. This role is responsible for case triage, investigation support, and execution of case management activities in alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and service level expectations. This position also drives operational excellence through data analytics, automation tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to Employee Relations inquiries and cases, prioritizing based on risk and urgency
• Conduct case triage and assess potential policy violations
• Support investigations and ensure timely follow-ups
