Position Details
Responsibilities:
Provide legal and regulatory support on IPOs and equity capital markets transactions led by the bank.Advise internal deal teams on structuring, documentation, and compliance with securities laws and stock exchange requirements.Draft, review, and negotiate prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and transaction-related documentation.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
