Site Reliability Engineer

About The Role

• Diagnose site reliability issues from multiple sources (QA Team, System Monitoring, etc.)
• Driving efficiencies and reducing risks from a technology perspective
• Researching capabilities, testing new solutions, recommending and implementing new technologies to improve our effectiveness
• Collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve intractable problems and devising solutions to improve the products and services we offer our customers
• On a rotating schedule, being available for on-call issue intake and/or resolution

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred, in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• You are familiar with at least one language such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or Ruby
