In this role, you will manage the entire customer journey, ensuring fast onboarding and alignment of product capabilities with client goals. Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers to enhance adoption and satisfaction, leveraging your ability to foster stakeholder trust and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structured onboarding processes for enterprise clients
• Create and execute custom success plans for customers
• Track and enhance adoption progress for accounts
• Cultivate executive relationships through regular EBRs
• Identify churn risks and develop plans for growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Customer Success experience
• Experience with enterprise account management
• Proven experience in executive relationship-building
