Position Purpose & Summary

The Enrolment Advisor, Traditional Undergraduate Programs achieves individually assigned enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and supporting prospective students through every stage of the admissions process. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual enrolment goals and stage movement benchmarks through consistent, timely communication with assigned prospective students and families.
• Manage recruitment territory or demographic segment by implementing strategic outreach, follow‑up, and conversion activities.
• Conduct phone, email, text, and video follow‑ups to guide students through the application and enrolment process.
• Provide personalized admissions counselling, ensuring a clear understanding of programs, processes, and deadlines.
• Assist applicants through the admissions funnel (inquiry → applicant → admitted → enrolled).
