Overview

As a Sr Account Management Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring that our customers have exceptional interactions with our products, services, and brand. This is a pivotal role within Honeywell Aerospace.

You will report directly to our Sr Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexicali location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and implementing customer-centric strategies, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Entering service agreements in BMS, supporting new/existing customers, aircraft service transfers, and service renewals.
