Job Description

This position leads the Brazil based DataHub engineering squad (seven engineers) to deliver global Mappers and DataHub integrations, in close partnership with the KL DataHub team. The scope includes mapper and platform work for global stakeholders, including North America, under one global operating model. Near-term program outcomes include adding more data sources to DataHub and delivering self-service with Brazil as the lead region for a capability that will be offered globally. The squad follows an inner-source approach with disciplined contributions upstream, and coordinates with Brazil (Credit Decisioning) through an agreed co-development model when capacity is allocated. The squad delivers as a full-stack team (Java/Spring and Angular or React), with strong testing and deployment discipline (CI/CD, pipelines, safe releases).
