Job Description

As an Engineering Manager in this group, you will be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also partner with Product counterparts and Staff Engineers to shape the direction of the area and the company as a whole. This role reports directly to the Engineering Director.

What you will be doing

• Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance assessments.
• Define and manage the technical vision and strategy for your area.
• Ensure accountability for all team initiatives.
• Serve as a point of reference for the Leadership team and key stakeholders.
