Position ObjectiveLead and coordinate Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance functions, ensuring the successful industrialization, launch, and optimization of production processes.The role is heavily focused on hands-on manufacturing execution on the shop floor, particularly in new line launches and continuous improvement, driving performance, quality, safety, and compliance through strong leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams.Key Responsibilities- Lead Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams (~7 engineers).
