The Engineer is expected to perform a variety of duties to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments. The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be maintained at all times.
