Responsibilities

• Manage service requests for each of the directorate’s teams.
• Manage shared/generic email inboxes.
• Perform administrative tasks, including preparing financial requests.
• Keep databases and filing systems up to date.
• Support investigations.
• Coordinate events and meetings.
• Manage communications.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Contribute to development of tools and procedures and to process improvement.
